Step 1: Open target SWF in the SWF to FLA Converter
Launch SWF to FLA Converter, and then from "Explorer" panel, navigate to the folder in which the SWF file locates. Now all the SWF files contained in this folder will be listed automatically in the below panel.

Step 2: View resources of the SWF
Now the SWF you selected is listed in the "Single File Export" window of the "Export" panel. When you click the "+" sign, all the SWF elements will be decompiled automatically and displayed by category.

Step 3: Extract Flash video from SWF
Now please select "Video" folder and check the video file you want to extract.

Click the "Export Resources" button, and you will see the "Export Resources" pop-up window.
Set export path and choose "Flash Video (*.flv)" as export file format, and then click "OK" to start exporting the Flash video.
